We will be pouring Pinot Noir from some of the most exciting Vineyards in U.S and Burgundy, France.
All producers made their wine that are harvested from a single vineyard. Production are merely from 50 to 450 cases each vintage.

The Return of the Terroir Flight (Biodynamic)

What is biodynamic wines mean?
It’s a wine grown following biodynamic agriculture to provide pesticide & fertilizer free wines.  Using only natural yeast with following preparations

Preparation 500 - Cow manure is buried in cow horns in the soil. The manure is then spread over the fields.
